Outreach

Includes National, Diocesan, Area Council and local concerns guided by the vestry and outreach committee. Current outreach projects include:

Christmas Giving Tree
A program to provide Christmas gifts, food and other necessities to brighten the Christmas season for those in need.

Foodbank
A monthly ingathering of food items and financial contributions to Gleaners Community Food Bank.

Hospital Lay Chaplains
Trained lay persons visit Episcopalians, especially those far from their home parish in the Ann Arbor hospitals.

Soup for CESA
Money is raised for the Combined Episcopal Services Appeal by parishioners making and serving soup the second Sunday of each month, October through May.

Transportation Providers
People give rides, on a regular or occasional basis, to parishioners who need transportation to church services or other church functions.
